  • Review of "Leisure City K-8 Center" at Homestead

    This school has been a pain in my ass from the teaching to the security guards and the whole process and set up of droping kids off and pick up after school. Its sad and annoying to have to deal with such unprofessional behavior of some of its staff. Next year my kids will be transferred to a different school.

  • Review of "Flamingo Marina" at Homestead

    Dec 2017, the boat ramp to the Buttonwood canal was good. The marina is still in rough shape, as well as the old fish cleaning area. No toilets when I arrived, and no potable water. Perfect for me, not too many people around. I'm sure they will have it up and running full steam soon. Also, there was no fuel. My cel phone worked fine at the Marina. (ATT) Do yourself a favor and get a 9x12 tarp and some rope to cover your truck if you leave it in the parking lot. See my other pics. These two oldtimers from Ormond Beach told me that the buzzards will eat the gaskets around all your doors and windows.

    Terrible place with the rudess people I've ever met working in the office. They will get you in assure you everything is great when in reality they take preference towards certain people. And make false reports to break contract and not renew lease even if you've been there for years paying rent on time. Got to feel sorry for their ignorance. Good luck to anyone that makes a mistake by getting an apartment there.
