    I swear I cant wait to move out this place been here since 2013. I have had enough with Hidden Grove, I wouldnt renew my lease. Management is so unprofessional, rude and think they can talk to you any type of way. I put a work order on 10/17/ 2017 about my master room toilet is overflowing I really didnt push the issue because the guest bathroom was working. Now that the guest bathroom starting to act up I went to the management office again. To make the long story short. They told me that they will try to send someone today but no promise. So how me and my children suppose to use the restroom???? I can go on and on about how Hidden Grove treat their Tents. I wouldn't recommend anyone to move inside these apartments. You only have one maintenance person with how many buildings? Why is it that Hidden Grove can't keep any maintenance worker I guess they get treated just how the tents get treated.

    Management very unprofessional you pay the rent and can't get anything fixed. I am very disgusted with this place. Can't wait to move!!!!! And they are going up on the rent every 3 months.

    I have lived here for nearly a year now and can not wait to break my lease. First and foremost, prior to moving in we were not allowed to see any apartments and that was not because occupancy was full. Secondly, my apartment was not ready for me until one week after my lease agreement started. In this week I was told by Hidden Grove Apartment staff to turn on water and light so that maintenance crew can finish cleaning up the apartment. Once I moved in I was not reimbursed for that first week or have my lease agreement started the day I actually moved in. The apartment had severe stains on the floor that could not be removed. Then I had an incident where the front door was jammed shut and was not able to open the door. I contacted maintenance and the employee told me it was not considered an emergency and that I was responsible for it. Yet on the contract, it boldly states on the list of emergencies, "exterior door/locks". I had to unscrew the handle and purchase a new one and was not reimbursed. Then I had my vehicle towed. I went to the office and they advised me to call their towing company to verify if they had towed it. The tow service did indeed tow my vehicle stating that I was halfway parked on the grass. I said this was untrue and asked for evidence at which they could not provide. I returned to the Hidden Grove Lease office to inquire who called for the tow service and was told that the Hidden Grove Manager, Roxana Sanchez, authorizes all tows. Which tells me they knew my car was towed and I did not have to call the tow company first. When asked to speak to her, her assistant informed me that she was too busy. I asked for proof of my vehicle being parked on the grass "halfway" and they also could not provide me with evidence. I had to pay $101 for my vehicle to be released at which ofcourse I will not be reimbursed. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone and IMPLORE you to seek other options.
